Materials needed to complete this project include:
Sewing Machine
48 inches of flannel fabric
12 inches of a coordinating flannel fabric
6 inches of large tulle 
Cardboard (12 by 12)
2 three inch pieces of small elastic
Two buttons (any size)
Dowel
4 skewers/chopsticks/ or small dowel
Hot glue or spray adhesive
thread
